- AI agents: Building advanced systems where AI agents communicate and collaborate with each other to solve complex problems. Using MPC and Anthropic recommended best practices (simple, clear, tested, and traceable) .
- Writing top notch production code: Using AI to write clean production-ready Python SOC2 compliant code, complete with test suites, robust logging, error handling, debugging, user journey flows, scalability testing, and full documentation.

Stealth Startup (Current):
Embracing AI fully to do things that would not have been possible before. Full-stack scalable systems from scratch.
Vindicia (Business Operations Manager):
- Transformed 16 core business processes, including production changes, RFC (planning prod changes), RCAs, and more.
- Embedding a metrics-driven culture that improved decision-making across 11 key business functions with an auto populated google slides deck for monthly leadership meeting.
- Led 9 teams along a path to adopt healthy and intentional project management practices using Jira and Confluence.
- Successfully migrated the company from an on-prem data center to AWS ,which was the largest scale project for the company in a decade.
HP (Business Operations Manager):
- Applied transformative approach, improving operations, system efficiency, and team workflows. Strengthened cross-functional communication between technical and business teams, including external partners.
Industrial Light and Magic:
Designed and built critical internal systems to support the company's technical operations. Developed an internal system monitoring and alerting platform that delivered daily system health reports and real-time issue notifications across all key infrastructure. Also created a rock-solid backup infrastructure to ensure data integrity and operational resilience.
Varied tech experience: I've held roles across the tech spectrum, including Business Operations Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Tech Lead, Programmer, and System Admin.
